V HR svete pôsobím už vyše 11 rokov. Vyštudoval som manažment ľudských zdrojov na zahraničnej univerzite v Anglicku. V rámci mojej kariéry som pracoval pre menšie a aj nadnárodné spoločnosti, kde som zastrešoval viacero oblasti ľudských zdrojov. Medzi moje domény patrí odmeňovanie zamestnancov, budovanie zamestnaneckej angažovanosti a zlepšovanie HR procesov prostredníctvom Lean metódy. Som zakladateľom online portálu HRprofil.eu, ktorý zdieľa inšpiratívne myšlienky a riešenia z rôznych oblasti ľudských zdrojov.
