This course is aimed at those who already have at least basic command of English. Most likely you will find a situation in your job when a more advanced level of communication is required. These are the times when a staff member is asked to “call the manager”. Most people in the industry dread the thought of some disaster unfolding in front of their eyes. Žil som v Austrálii takmer 30 rokov, z toho posledných 20 som vyučoval Informačné Technológie a komunikáciu na úrovni vyššej školy.
